The MarketVector™ Flare Benchmark Rate (FLRBR) is designed to be a robust price for Flare (FLR) in USD. There is no component other than Flare in the index. The index is reviewed and rebalanced on a semi-annual basis and is calculated and disseminated in USD as a price return index.
