Frankfurt (28 January 2021) – MV Index Solutions GmbH (MVIS®) will add clarifications on ‘Extraordinary Events’ for certain indices. In case of ‘Extraordinary Events’ (e.g. trading halts, hacks, regulatory actions, etc.), MVIS will be allowed to exercise discretion under certain conditions for the following indices:

-  All MVIS/CryptoCompare Indices,

-  Menai-MVIS Diversified Digital Asset Index (ticker: MVMEN),

-  Crescent Crypto Market (ticker: CCMIX)

-  NRI/IU Crypto-Asset(JPY) (ticker: NRIIUJ),

-  NRI/IU Crypto-Asset (USD) (ticker: NRIIUU).

MVIS will also replace XRP with Stellar´s Lumen (XLM) in the following indices:

-  NRI/IU Crypto-Asset(JPY)(ticker: NRIIUJ),

-  NRI/IU Crypto-Asset (USD) (ticker: NRIIUU)

All changes will become effective on 1 April 2021.
