FRANKFURT, Germany (April 28, 2023) – MarketVector IndexesTM ("MarketVector") announces the following rule changes for its digital asset indexes effective with the implementation of the monthly review in June:

  • In Section 2.1, the following sentence is added: “In addition, the universe might be restricted based on applicable regulatory jurisdictions of the client”.
  • In Section 5.6, The bullet point “Regulatory actions” is updated as “Regulatory actions (depending on the applicable jurisdiction)”.
