MarketVector Indexes Launches the MarketVector US Listed Office and Commercial REITs Index

FRANKFURT, Germany (August 23, 2023) – MarketVector Indexes^TM ("MarketVector") announces the launch of the MarketVector^TM US Listed Office and Commercial REITs Index (ticker: MVORT).

The MarketVector^TM US Listed Office and Commercial REITs Index include US exchange-listed REITs that derive at least 50%, 25% for current components, of their revenues from the office (excluding medical and life science offices), industrial, or retail real estate segments. Companies that derive at least 50% of their revenue from the office segments are referred to as "Office REITs" and all others are referred to as "Other Commercial REITs".

It is reviewed on a semi-annual basis and is calculated in USD as a price index and a total return net index.
