Frankfurt (16 February 2021) – MV Index Solutions GmbH (MVIS^®) will change a rule for all equity indices. Effective 15 April 2021, the index guide (chapter 5.2) will be adjusted as follows:

• SPACs will be considered under the current IPO/Spin-Off rule as well. Instead of the IPO/spin-off date, the merger/acquisition date is used to determine the required month of trading prior to the review snapshot date.

The amended Index Guide will be available for download at www.mvis-indices.com after the March Review.
